All advertising information on website and printed brochures is current at the time of listing/printing. 

Kiwi2r Ltd, or its agents, will do everything possible to ensure your tour is completed according to itinerary. In the unlikely event this does not happen, Kiwi2r Ltd, or its agents will make alternative arrangements to ensure minimum disruption as possible to the tour. These unforeseeable events including weather, road/mechanical condition, or other inhibiting factors, can in no way be held to be the responsibility of Kiwi2r Ltd or its agents.

When Kiwi2r Ltd or its agents make bookings on your behalf, with the suppliers of travel, optional tours, entertainment and accommodation facilities or services, we are acting as a booking agent for you, with "the Suppliers".

All travel, optional tours, entertainment, and accommodation facilities or services are supplied directly to you by the Suppliers. We have no control over the facilities or services themselves, or the manner in which the Suppliers provide them. Therefore, we will not be liable for any loss or damage, which may arise from your use or consumption of, or inability to use or consume those facilities or services. The provision of those facilities of services is subject to the terms and conditions of your contract with each Supplier. Where for any reason, a Supplier is unable to provide facilities or service, then the Supplier may be entitled, under its contract with you, to substitute those facilities or services with comparable facilities or services without incurring any liability to you. You should check your contract with each supplier.

If for any reason it is necessary for Kiwi2r Ltd or its agents to alter, substitute, amend or cancel your booking or transport, we reserve the right to do so, without notice if necessary. For that reason, you are strongly recommended to take out Travel Insurance for the full value of your tour, luggage, personal items, and any other associated travel arrangements.

Booking a Tour is deemed confirmation that you have read, understood and agreed with all Terms and Conditions.

On booking a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Tour arrangements. Payment can be made to Kiwi2R Limited or their Booking Agents by Bank Transfer. An indication of rooming requirements and any accompanying children (include age) is also required.

30 Days prior to Departure: We require a full passenger names list (Date of Birth for Children under 18 years of ages), rooming requirements and full payment of Tour balance. At this time, in the event of cancellation/s your Tour is 50% non-refundable.

Cancellations received within 48 Hours prior to Departure are 100% non-refundable.
